Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the banger platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between banger and its users, and apply to all services, sections, and features of the platform. Where a specific section has its own additional terms, those will apply alongside these general terms. banger reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- The platform must be used in compliance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
- Each person may operate one account only.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When creating an account on banger, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be terminated at any time, and any balance held may be subject to forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are fully accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The banger platform may be used for personal and entertainment purposes only. Use of the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. No content, design, or technology from the platform may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior permission.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or other benefits.
- Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in any hacking activity.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to introduce malicious software or viruses into the platform's systems.
Banger reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report it to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Account Balance Policy
All financial transactions on banger are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash and Nagad. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same account.
Withdrawal requests typically take some time to process. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed. Funds earned from bonuses are subject to specific conditions before they can be withdrawn — bonus terms apply separately.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability
Banger reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or fraud. Any valid balance remaining upon account closure will be reviewed for refund.
Banger is not liable for any temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or other circumstances. banger's liability for any losses incurred through the platform is strictly limited. banger is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services.
If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure all pending transactions are completed and your balance is withdrawn before submitting a closure request.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the banger platform are protected under banger's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, copying, or distribution of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The banger platform may contain third-party services or links. banger is not responsible for any third-party content or services. Please review the relevant terms and privacy policy of any third-party site before accessing it.
